Account and Data Deletion
At Nirvoyo, we believe that your personal safety and location data belong exclusively to you. You maintain the full legal and technical right to permanently erase your user account, profile credentials, active sessions, Journey Assurance plans, and all associated telemetry records at any time.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the Nirvoyo application installed on your Android device, you can delete your account and all server records immediately with a single confirmation:
- Open the Nirvoyo app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings (or tap your profile menu in the bottom bar).
- Select Password & security.
- Tap Delete Account and Data.
- Confirm the prompt. Your active sessions, pairing codes, circle relationships, journey plans, and records in the active service are permanently removed when deletion is confirmed.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Without App Installed)
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, you can email an account erasure request using the link below. This is a manual support process: we must verify account ownership before deleting data, and will confirm completion by email. No automated web deletion or fixed completion time is promised.

Scope of Data Deletion & Retention Policy
When an account deletion request is executed, the following actions occur in the active service:
