Acceptable Use & Anti-Stalking Policy

1. Absolute Ban on Non-Consensual Surveillance

You agree and warrant that you will NEVER:

• Install Without Consent: Install, activate, or configure Nirvoyo on any phone, tablet, or wearable device without the explicit, informed, prior written knowledge and consent of that device's primary user.
• Track Non-Consenting Individuals: Track, trace, locate, or monitor any person who has not affirmatively agreed to share their location coordinates with you.
• Suppress Notifications: Attempt to hide, conceal, disable, or tamper with the persistent Android notification, app icon, or status indicators that inform the user that an active safety session or journey is running.
• Coerce or Intimidate: Compel, threaten, harass, or manipulate any person into sharing their location or maintaining an active safety circle.
• Domestic Surveillance: Use Nirvoyo for domestic surveillance, intimate partner tracking, workplace espionage, or unauthorized child monitoring.

2. Unfettered Participant Autonomy

A core ethical pillar of Nirvoyo is that the person being monitored always remains in complete control:

• Instant Stop: Any participant can terminate active journey sharing or timed visit monitoring at any time with a single tap in the application.
• Revoke Contacts: Any participant can remove paired trusted contacts or adjust sharing permissions at will.
• Permanent Deletion: Any user can immediately and permanently delete their account and purge all server location records directly from device settings.

3. System Integrity & Lawful Use

You agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the application binary, companion firmware, or cloud APIs.
• Trigger false, malicious, or spam emergency SOS broadcasts, fake crash reports, or fraudulent alerts.
• Overload, DDoS, scrape, or probe Nirvoyo servers, databases, or communication endpoints.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, criminal, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.

4. Enforcement & Law Enforcement Cooperation

4.1 Immediate Account Termination: Nirvoyo reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently delete any user account, revoke API tokens, and sever circle connections immediately upon receipt of any report or reasonable suspicion of non-consensual surveillance, stalking, or harassment.

4.2 Subpoena Compliance: In the event of an official criminal investigation into unlawful stalking, domestic abuse, harassment, or threats of violence, Nirvoyo will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.
